1. OVERVIEW

1. Entry to the Contemporary Art Society's ARTISTS' SHOWCASE EXHIBITION 2026 is open to currently paid-up full Members of the Society (i.e. your CAS Membership must be paid-up until 30 June 2026).

2. On submission of your entry on this form, you will be sent a confirmatory email summarizing all the details you have provided on this form.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THIS ENTRY-FORM

Please complete details in the FORM below. Note, fields marked with a red * are required. If you have already supplied your current address and phone contact details to us as a CAS Member, you do not need to re-enter these details (except if you have changed your contact details since you renewed your CAS Membership). When you have entered all the information required press SUBMIT at the end of the form.

ENTRY FEE SUMMARY
• Each Artist may enter up to 3 artworks.
• Entry fee for (2D or 3D) artworks is $25 for 1st and 2nd artwork.
• 3rd artwork entry is FREE.
• 2D artworks must be under 122cm in either height or width.
• 3D sculpture may excess the above dimensions with no extra charges.
• “Works on Paper” (WOP) entries are FREE, but to be eligible, you must have entered at least ONE artwork in the main section of the exhibition to be able to take up the offer of FREE entry for WOP.

As part of your contribution in running this exhibition, exhibiting CAS members are expected to assist for least one session of the exhibition as per the available 'sessions' listed below.
Please tick at least 4 of the available 'sessions' from the list below.
Also indicate your preference-order by transferring the 4 session numbers you have selected to the Sitting Session preference-order box in the order (left to right) from highest preference to lowest preference (see example on this form below).
Interstate and Country Victoria members excluded, but welcome to help if possible.
NOTE: All sessions have limited availability, so we cannot guarantee filling your first preference/s against any sessions, although we will try to.
We will contact by email or phone to confirm WHICH 'session' you have been allocated in the week after the close of entries.
If you wish to sit more than 1 'session', just tick the box below to indicate you would be happy to sit 2 (or more) sessions.
Note: If you are unable to assist at all, a non-sitting fee of $30 applies. (This 'non-assist' fee does not apply to interstate or Country Victoria artists.)
