A4 Art Australia 2022
COLLECTION: Artworks purchased during the A4 Art Exhibition will be available for collection either from Herring Island Gallery on 19 April from 9:30-10:30am (Punt only operated these hours) OR by arrangement with the CAS Secretary in Richmond (mobile: 0407 059 194) NOTE: 2D ARTWORK can be sent UNFRAMED (see below POSTAGE)
SIZE: Each artwork is shown online at the A4 dimensions: some artworks may be smaller that this size, and this is indicated by either black or white area showing the A4 size with the artwork on it.
POSTAGE: After the end of the physical exhibition artworks will still be available for purchase online until the 30th of June 2022. ALL 2 dimensional artworks will be POSTED anywhere in Australia, (unframed) for the catalogue price. All 2 dimensional artworks will be sent unframed, in a padded Australia Post approved pack, and you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, once your order has been shipped, for you to track your purchase. All artworks sold online will include Australia Post tracking, at no extra cost. Your artwork should arrive approximately 3-5 working days after it has been shipped, depending on where you live in Australia.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES? : Yes we do! Please contact us first if you want to buy an artwork and have it delivered outside of Australia. We will endeavour to get the best shipping price. Overseas shipping at purchasers expense, this will be added to your purchase total.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?: Yes, as long as your PO Box can accept parcels. If delivery to the PO Box is not accepted and returned to us, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying for re-shipping to a valid address.
INCORRECT ADDRESS: If you supply us with an incorrect address (i.e. the unit number is missing), and the item is returned to us, then you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for re-delivery of the item. Please check the order confirmation email when you receive it that the shipping address is correct.
ARTWORK: CAS aims to describe and display its artworks online accurately. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, CAS is not liable for discrepancies between artwork online image, and actual artwork colours. Actual colours of artworks may vary depending on your computer monitor, and are sold online with the purchaser accepting the condition that any colour variation is not grounds for a refund.
REFUND POLICY: CAS website sales have a 5 day cooling-off period. You must email us within 5 days of receiving your artwork stating that you wish you return it. No refund will be made for any purchase refund notification received by us after 5 days of receipt of artwork. Artwork returned to us must be received by us within a total of 10 days of receipt of artwork. A purchaser taking this option to return artworks to CAS must pay in full for the safe return of the artwork. After receiving the artwork back to us, and CAS is satisfied the work is in the condition that it was originally dispatched, a refund for the cost of the work will be sent. Shipping and insurance of the artwork back to us is at your own expense. We must receive the artwork back in the same condition you received it in order to receive a refund or exchange.
