1. At this time CAS Inc. does not offer online payment facilities.
2. After you press 'SUBMIT', you might see a screen listing details of any errors/omissions in your form. Use the back-space button in your browser to return to your form and add any required information, then press 'submit' again. (You can repeat this process if needed.)
3. If there were no errors on submission, you should then see a PAYMENT page with your main form details. This page has a section for payment details at the bottom.
4. Please PRINT out this PAYMENT page, and fill-in with your PAYMENT DETAILS, and MAIL this page to us with your payment.
5. We will NOT accept your entry until we have received your payment (which must be received by us by the exhibition closing date).
