6. GALLERY SITTING
NOTE: All entrants are required to gallery sit ONE half-day session, EXCEPT those living outside the Melbourne Metropolitan Taxi Zone (i.e. those living in the extreme city fringe or in country/interstate areas.) Please give your first, second and third preferences below as your first choice may not be available.

If you are required to sit, but are UNABLE to sit, you are required to pay an addtional 'non-sitting' fee of $40. You should choose the 'I am unable to sit' option for EACH (and ALL) of the above sitting preferences.

7. BEFORE SUBMITING ENTRY FORM
1. Please check your entries in all fields carefully BEFORE presing the 'SUBMIT' button below.
2. This form will NOT be processed unless all fields marked with an asterisk (*) have been completed.

1. At this time CAS Inc. does not offer online payment facilities.
